In this highly competitive and challenging era, everyone is in a race. Acing
grades, careers, financial stability, and keeping a firm hold on relations, and
so on. Consequently, one gets hooked to the web of anxiety. Anxiety is not
confined to age or gender.

There's
nothing more regrettable than a negative suspected circle. Underhanded
considerations plague your psyche with self-question, most pessimistic scenario
situations, and all that might turn out badly later. "I'm not
sufficient" is something you've most likely said to yourself a couple of
times. Despite needing to carry on with a cheerful life, your inclination for
overthinking keeps that from turning into a reality. If sounds recognizable,
you're in the same state. It happens to everybody.

How
does it feel?
Anxiety
is a destructive trait that builds a deep void of pensiveness inside us. It is
an emotion, too exhausting to understand its origin as well as function. It
further leads you to other venomous emotions such as comparison and jealousy.
Why does is it keep on troubling you? The answer to this question helps you
identify underlying insecurity that has nothing to do with the person you are
anxious about. You will be envious of anyone who might have achieved more than
you; be it your friend or even a sibling. Although you feel delighted to their
achievement. But deep inside, you become scared of the unwanted thought that
are you incapable? Why haven't you accomplished your wish list? You start to
question your worth. It evokes in a way that destroys a relation. The urgency
of being an achiever inculcates fear of being extraordinary. The fear of being
ordinary leads one on the verge of depression.
Sorrow
feels like something is sucking your spirit away from you. It's anything but a
modern strength vacuum that is connected to your mind pulling out all that you care
about and supplanting it's anything but a foul residue. Wretchedness eliminates
care from your spirit. You may love art, films, books, games, photography, the
mountains, and numerous different things. Discouragement eliminates everything
and transforms it's anything but a disposed of piece of futile plastic. You
essentially couldn't care less.
Consequences
It is a matter of fact that everyone undergoes
battles. Some of them are being discussed, few are disguised. Sadness takes
your loved ones and cares an extraordinary arrangement about — a life partner,
your kids, guardians, kin, family members, companions, friends and family,
family, online social companions, colleagues, individuals you see at the store
— and transforms them all into indistinguishable far-off phantoms. Individuals
become like postage stamps or planes taking off overhead. Or on the other hand
like insects far underneath. In this race of grasping achievements, we get so
caught up and somehow lose sight of what is important. We built these beautiful
lifelong connections with kins and friends. But then life hits us and we forget
to reach out, forget to call, text, go to their place to just say hi. The
connections that we built so zealously are being ignored. I always have a hard
time taking out time for people apart from the ones I see daily. I get caught
up in life and somehow lose sight of what is important. We forget. It's only
human. We need to start making time for the people that matter, the people that
may not be near to you by distance but are by heart. Whose prayers and love
will always be with you. Continue building those bonds and never stop. If they
put a smile on your face and make you happy trust me they are worth investing
your time in them.
Being
a planner is also a cause of anxiety. Since one wants to master all aspects of
life which cannot happen overnight. Nothing happens overnight. Time brings
everything together. You need to process it. We need to normalize FAILURES. Of
course, no one wants to fail but if one has a setback then it is not the end of
the world. It is also okay to find beauty in imperfection. Sometimes, things
may not turn out the way we anticipated. In that process, don't be hard on
yourselves Overthinking does not solve problems. Rather it takes away the
energy to solve a problem. Believe in the timing of the ultimate planner
(harder than it sounds, I know but possible).
